More and more people from developed countries are traveling to countries like India, Thailand, Singapore, Costarica, Mexico for getting treatment for their Orthopedic needs. 

There is a huge cost benefit especially for those who do not have any health insurance.  More and more main stream insurance companies based in U.S.A are offering medical tourism as an option, some of these companies even waive the deductibles for these procedures, if the treatment is provided by a hospital which has an agreement with insurance company.
