In U.S.A, some companies like home improvement chain Lowe's are coming in to agreement with hospitals like Cleaveland clinic for local medical travel.

Employees of such companies benefit, as they can avoid travel across continents and also get treated in familiar medical facility.  Deductibles and travel expenses are waived by the companies.

Employers also benefit as they save substantial amounts.
